Underwriting Information
Supporting the Gala Benefit on March 17, 2012
Underwriting brings immediate and powerful early momentum to the Gala and brings leverage to our fundraising efforts. This makes the whole event much more successful. For this reason, we strongly encourage underwriting and give special thanks and recognition to underwriters in high profile, entirely fitting ways.
Underwriting also helps offset event costs (catering, room rental, etc), so tmore of the event revenues (ticket sales, auction sales, drink and raffle sales, etc) can directly support school operations and our wonderful students.
In the past, we have been fortunate to have current parents, their companies, as well as their friends, grandparents and colleagues help underwrite the event.
Please consider supporting the Gala as an underwriter. Also please ask your parents, friends and colleagues for their underwriting support as well. Many companies will match your contribution and we offer many high profile ways to thank and recognize all underwriters for their generosity and support.
Recognition varies by underwriting level. Underwriting begins at $500 and goes up to $5,000+. Please see the Underwriter Form> for underwriting levels and the associated recognition at each level.
If you would like to underwrite, please let us know BEFORE DECEMBER 15th, 2011. This will make it possible to include your name along with the other underwriters in the event invitation. (Invitations go to print in December). If you miss the December 15th deadline, don’t worry. Although you will miss being named in the event invitation, you will still be recognized in other high profile ways, as indicated in the Underwriter Form>.
