The focus of our overall program is helping students build the fundamental skills they need to lead productive, gratifying lives. Experiencing daily success is central to the philosophy of Star Academy.

For over 20 years, Star’s supportive environment, together with its comprehensive, individualized curriculum, has proven effective for students with learning differences. Features of the program include:

High School Program

Star Academy offers a fully accredited* high school program for students with learning differences and ADHD. The small nurturing program is highly structured, supportive and enriching. At Star Academy, students earn their high school diploma or letter of completion, depending on course work completed, and prepare for college, vocational interests or other worthy pursuits... *Star Academy is Fully Accredited by The Schools Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

Star Academy is also certified by the California Department of Education as a non-public school (NPS).
