Requirements / Qualifications
The position involves working with an elementary-middle school aged student with learning differences in both 1:1 and small group instructional settings. Applicant must have a teaching credential in special ed or general education and teaching experience with learning disabled students. We are looking for creative, collaborative, positive, and organized teachers experienced with evidenced-based teaching practices. This teacher will be part of a multi-disciplinary teaching team with lots of support and curricular resources. The position has the possibility for growth and expansion of responsibilities. The Individualized Instruction Teacher is responsible for supporting the Head Teacher in managing the teaching responsibilities for an individual student with special education learning needs.
