Who We Serve

Star Academy is certified to serve students in third grade through high school and post-secondary, and draws from nearly all Bay Area counties including Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, plus San Mateo and Santa Clara counties on the Peninsula. 
Star Academy students are bright, capable and motivated to learn.  However, they all face challenges in one or more of the following areas:
  • Dyslexia, phonemic awareness, reading fluency, and/or reading comprehension
